Rakott Burgonya
Ingredients
4 Medium Potatoes Boiled
4 Hard Boiled Eggs
1 Packet of 500g Boiled Pork Sausages
250ml Sour Cream
2 Tablespoons Butter
1 Teaspoon Salt and Pepper per Layer
Directions:
Boil the Eggs (Hard Boil) Potatoes (Peeled) and Sausages
Slice the Eggs, Potatoes and Sausages and Place in an Oven Dish
Repeat this process in Layers while adding butter, salt, and pepper
to each Layer until Dish is full
Pour Sour Cream Over top
Place in Oven set to bake, for 25 minutes on Temprature of 180 degrees
Total Cooking Time Approx 30 minutes

Suggestions: Sliced Bacon can be added on top or in between layers
if this is done the bacon should be fried for 5 minutes first.
