4 Slices of Bread
4 Cloves of Garlic
6 Bay Leaves
Cover with boiling water
Leave for 2 days before proceeding to stuffing.
Ingredients used to make the stuffing:
1 Packet of 250grams Rindless back bacon
500 grams of mincemeat (beef or pork)
1 Teaspoon of Fresh Ground black pepper
1 Tablespoon of Paprika
1 Egg
Half a cup of Raw white rice
Half a tablespoon of salt
Ingredients used to make the Roux 3 Tab
Begyerő Potato Noodles
Ingredients:
1 Onion (Finely Sliced)
3 Medium Sized Potatoes
1 Packet of Bread Crumbs 1 Tablespoon of Oil (Braizing Onion) 1 500 gram Packet of Cake Flour
1 Tablespoon of Salt (Add to Rapidly Boiling water)
Strawberry Jam ( For the dessert, can be substituted for plums)
