Hungarian Lecsó Ratatouille

Ingredients: 4 Medium Sized Onions

2 Tablespoons of Cooking Oil

4 Tomatoes

2 Sweet Peppers

2 Cloves of Garlic

1 Heaped Tablespoon of Paprika

Half a Teaspoon of Ground Black Pepper

250 gram Packet of bacon Watch Matilda for Directions Total Cooking Time Approx 30 Minutes Notes:

Chilli can be added

Bacon can be substituted for sausages
