Töltött Káposzta Stuffed Sauerkraut

Ingredients used to make the Sauerkraut itself:

1 Cabbage 4 Slices of Bread 4 Cloves of Garlic 6 Bay Leaves Cover with boiling water Leave for 2 days before proceeding to stuffing. Ingredients used to make the stuffing: 1 Packet of 250grams Rindless back bacon 500 grams of mincemeat (beef or pork) 1 Teaspoon of Fresh Ground black pepper 1 Tablespoon of Paprika 1 Egg Half a cup of Raw white rice Half a tablespoon of salt Ingredients used to make the Roux

3 Tablespoon of Oil 1 and half Tablespoon Flour 1 Tablespoon of Paprika Cover with Water Watch Granny for Directions Total Cooking Time Approx 2 hours
